I'm so glad you are here!

glad

you are here

As an Autism Educator and
Gut-Brain Health Expert,
I can help you.

Being a child or a teenager today is not easy. We have a huge epidemic of childhood conditions. Many children spend a major part of their days (and truly much of their childhood) going from therapy to therapy, while struggling with many aspects of their daily lives. Many of these children struggle regularly with feeling overwhelmed and stressed, having symptoms such as:
  • Anxiety
  • Hyperactivity and difficulty with concentration
  • Challenges with academic and social skills
  • Aggressive behavior
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Fussy (selective) eating habits
  • Digestive issues

And if being a child is not easy today, being their parent is hard too! I meet many parents who feel exhausted and stressed, even desperate at times.

If this is you, then

I am here

for you!

I’m here to tell you that everyone and every situation can be helped. You are no exception and neither is your child.

I will help you to:

  • Regain your mental clarity, inspiration and strength.
  • Have fun! Yes, having fun is one of the most productive things you can do. I will tell you all about it.
  • Face your fears and move beyond them to create a vibrant, fun-filled life for yourself and your family.
  • Get organized so that you can accomplish what’s important for your family – and let go of what is not!

When your child is stressed and dysregulated, they are not able to engage and learn. Your child is capable of way more than what most people might see in them today.
Together, we will:
  • Help your child feel safe, calm, and happy.
  • Support your child to come out of stress mode and into learning mode.
  • Choose specific learning goals, which your child can achieve with you or another caregiver.
  • Create strategies to help you (and other caregivers) understand how to work on those learning goals with your child.

It will be my honor to support you and your family
in creating a vibrant and happy life!

In my 20 years of working with families of children on the autism spectrum, I have listened to parents with compassion and care. I have guided them with strategies to see that, even in the most difficult situations, they can shift their lives to the direction they want.

As a former Senior Teacher in The Son-Rise Program (a play-base therapy for children on the autism spectrum), I have spent thousands of hours working one on one with more than 900 children and adults on the autism spectrum – ages 2 to 32 – from every inhabited continent. I have taught parents, caregivers, and professionals in individual and large group settings. I have addressed audiences in person and online from all over the globe, tackling issues such as: verbal communication, social skills, aggressive behavior, sleep difficulties, anxiety struggles, toilet training, fussy eating challenges, and more.

Additionally I am a GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Coach.

“I want to take a moment to let you know the incredible impact you’ve made in our lives over the years. The way you’ve poured your heart and soul into making a difference has left an indelible mark on us. I have no doubt that you’ll continue to shine brightly and positively impact countless lives. Your passion for helping our special kids is evident… We’re currently doing the SCD diet and it has been a huge game changer for Tom over the years. There have been countless achievements just this school year. His average grade in all subjects is over 95%. His favorite thing now is basketball which he started recently. It’s super challenging for him to coordinate but he keeps trying. After his class this Tuesday he told me that he was able to dribble the ball for a bit and was so proud of himself! He is also more independent with daily living skills. There’s so much more!”
